Baja Fresh has a traditional prototype which can range from 1,200 to 2,000 square feet and we prefer to have patio seating. Baja Fresh Opens First Restaurant Of 2009
(Monday, January 19, 2009) - Baja Fresh Mexican Grill has announced the grand opening of its newest franchise location in downtown San Jose, Calif. The new location opened Jan. 10.
The location is owned and operated by Farid Nikkhessal and his family, who also own the next door location of Johnny Rockets, as well as 13 other Johnny Rockets locations throughout the United States, Canada and Mexico. The family also opened their only Sandella's restaurant on the opposite side of Baja Fresh.
Baja Fresh Opens Express Locations
(Tuesday, October 07, 2008) - Baja Fresh Mexican Grill has opened the first two locations of its newest concept, Baja Fresh Express, the company announced.
The new express concepts opened in terminal seven at Los Angeles International Airport and in the newest food facility at the University of Southern California.
